Psoriasis Arthritis

Have you ever felt pain in your back , or in your joints? Iv'e experienced pain in my knees but I don't have arthritis. Psoriasis Arthritis is a joint problem (arthritis) that often occurs with a skin condition called psoriasis.  I thought that psoriasis was just a common skin problem but now arthritis plays a role in psoriasis. This is a chronic (ongoing) condition. The causes are unknown but I wonder how the two are connected?
