Psoriasis Arthritis

Have you ever felt pain in your back , or in your joints? Iv'e experienced pain in my knees but I don't have arthritis. Psoriasis Arthritis is a joint problem (arthritis) that often occurs with a skin condition called psoriasis.  I thought that psoriasis was just a common skin problem but now arthritis plays a role in psoriasis. This is a chronic (ongoing) condition. The causes are unknown but I wonder how the two are connected? Beauty tutorials are so popular on Youtube, Instgram. I watch tutorials on how to do hair, make-up , nail designs. I enjoy doing my nails sometimes I create my own designs and sometimes I do the designs shown in the Youtube tutorials. Day One of My Blog

Today was a good day. I am just exhausted from doing homework and studying. I take on a full load everyday and at times I don't have time to socialize with friends and my biggest problem is looking on Instagram when I'm bored. I need to do something else besides social media.
